Page 1 - Opt-in Page
We'll start with a landing page that introduces your offer and includes a 14 minutes mini-webinar created in house by our expert team.
The CTA on this page is to book a call with our team. Leads can view the video, then click the button to fill out a simple opt-in form to put their contact information into our system
Page 2 - Survey
After they opt in, they are sent to a survey page to fill out the information that will qualify them as a good lead. Some of the info at the bottom of the form will be prefilled from the previous page.
All of this information is added to the contact record so our call team has access to the survey.
Once they have opted in on the previous page, we start an automated process. If we do not receive this completed form in a set amount of time, an e-mail reminder will be sent out asking them to complete it.

Page 3 - Book Your Call
After completing the survey, they are taken to a booking page to schedule a call with our call team.
Though the booking system used in this funnel is outside of our CRM, we can prefill the booking form using URL pass-through. They don't need to provide info that they’ve already given on a previous page, making the booking process even easier
Page 4 - Confirmation Page
Now that they've booked the call, we let them know exactly what to expect on the call, and show them testimonials from some of our happy customers.
